Level 90, where two of the most drastic and extreme things have occurred to me in my mapling adventure. I really was getting very bored from training at Jr.Newties, and probably that was due to the fact that I just stood there as I was doing the same repetitive this over and over and OVER again, but I’d say it was because  also for the fact I wasn’t able to party others to training with me, which made it so lonely for me training over there all alone. I really didn’t enjoy Jr.Newties as much as any other person would, so I tried searching for new monsters that are as good as Jr.Newties and not far from Windraiders, I found these other monsters called Nightshadows.

Nightshadows are those monsters that mainly reside in the ‘Craven of Honor’ which is past ‘Lower Ascent’. The are very good compared to Jr.Newties. Training there is fun, proactive and never boring. The exp is minutely lower there than at Jr.Newties, but I really enjoy myself over there. Mainly due to the monsters getting stunned and getting owned easily, with their low knock-back damage which I found very convenient. I’m planning to continue training over there hopefully when the time comes that I can be partied effectively at Jr.Newties. I also decided writing a guide about those monsters, since I thought they were too good not to be written about, and therefore I could add them to the collection of my guides. I also managed to complete collecting all 2000 Rascal Snow pieces, since I really don’t think that spending lots of mesos would be wise on a chair, so I took the time collection. 2000  Rascal Snow pieces might sound like a lot to collect, but really if you collect 200 everyday, you’ll have that chair guaranteed in 10 days, and days pass so fast by us, don’t they?

The beauty of this phase of my mapling adventure is that, I traded my bow and some items that I have been desperately trying to sell with a fair amount of mesos for a 114 weapon attack, DEX +4 Metus. This bow used to belong to its previous owner named Kyle “WickedRange” who is a level 200 Broan BowMaster. I felt the urge to have this bow in possession since I really believe that this bow will be the one that I’ll have for a very, VERY long time, possibly through my entire mapling career. This bow has increased my damage range so remarkably to a point where I see 4k damage from a single shot of my strafe at level 95, which really looked nice along with the usual 2k’s and 3k’s  that I have been dealing with.

The pain of this phase is that I managed to blow up two Zakum helmets using helmet scrolls for DEX (70%). The blowing up part wasn’t the most annoying thing. It’s just that I am a stat-dependent Low-Dex Ranger, so without the helmet I cannot really train since my bow would be unequipped, and the hassle of tracking a seller and getting a helmet just is so wearing. I don’t know, but I’ll definitely have to scroll my helmet later but certainly  nowhere near from now. Possibly when I can earn one, I’ll go and give it a shot. But now, I’m pretty much contented with my current helmet.

Anyway, here’s what progress looked like:
